I consider myself to be extremely polite and courteous and appreciate that having any sort of trader in your home can disruptive. I strive to keep this disruption (and any mess) to a minimum, again ensuring your complete satisfaction. I can assure you that you will always be treated with care and consideration and if you leave a message I will call you back as soon as convenient, and if I am ever running late for an appointment (something in the plumbing world that can happen and is often out of my hands!)
